How long does shipping take?
Every display car is made to order. Production, shipping, and delivery take about 6 to 7 weeks in total from the day you order.
When will I get tracking?
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How does it work?
Fill the small water tank, plug it in, and switch it on. The LEDs light up and a cool mist rolls out of the exhaust.
Is it real smoke?
No. It's a cool water mist from a built-in humidifier, so it's safe to run indoors on a desk or shelf. Add a few drops of scented oil for a lightly scented mist.
Is it made to order?
Yes. Each piece is built after you order, which is why delivery takes a few weeks.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
What's the return policy?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you. Unused items can also be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.
