How long does shipping take?

Every display car is made to order. Production, shipping, and delivery take about 6 to 7 weeks in total from the day you order.

When will I get tracking?

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Is it real smoke?

No. It's a cool water mist from a built-in humidifier, so it's safe to run indoors on a desk or shelf.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice.
